How do I change or cancel my plan?

Open Settings → Plan and pick the plan you want.

• Moving up applies immediately, and the screen shows the prorated amount before you confirm.
• Moving down is scheduled rather than instant: you keep everything you are paying for until the change takes effect, and the date is shown on the same screen. A scheduled downgrade can be cancelled there until it happens.

If the plan screen will not load or a payment fails, that is worth writing to us about — include what the screen said, and we can look it up on our side.
