Frequently asked
What is Corvan?
Corvan is an AI assistant for the work that surrounds your work: the messages waiting for a reply, the meetings that need preparing, the tasks that came out of a conversation and were never written down.
Once your accounts are connected, Corvan reads what is coming in, shows you what actually needs your attention today, and can draft replies, create tasks, and schedule meetings for you.
You talk to it in chat or by voice, in your own words — there is nothing to configure before you start.
How do I get started?
1. **Connect one channel first.** Settings → Connections. WhatsApp pairs by scanning a QR code; Google links your calendar and Gmail in a single step. One channel is enough to see what Corvan does. 2. **Open My Day.** It answers "what should I be doing right now?" using your tasks, calendar and incoming messages. 3. **Ask for something.** In chat or by voice: *"What needs my attention today?"*, *"Draft a reply to this"*, *"Move my 3pm to tomorrow"*.
You do not need to import everything or fill in a profile before it becomes useful. The more you connect, the more context the assistant has — but the first result should arrive on day one.
Which accounts can I connect?
From **Settings → Connections** you can link:
- **WhatsApp** — paired by scanning a QR code, the same way as WhatsApp Web. Messages then appear in your Inbox and the assistant can draft replies. - **Telegram** — your conversations join the same Inbox. - **Google** — one step connects both Gmail and Google Calendar, so the assistant can read what arrives, reply, and schedule. - **Meetings** — calls you run get transcripts, notes and preparation briefs.
Every connection is optional and reversible: the same screen disconnects it again. If a connection drops (an expired QR code, a revoked Google permission), come back to Settings → Connections and reconnect — nothing you have already captured is lost.
How do plans and credits work?
Corvan runs on **plans**. A plan decides two things: which capabilities are switched on for you, and how many **credits** you get.
Credits are spent by the work the assistant does for you — reading and drafting, transcribing a call, preparing a briefing. Everyday use of the app itself (opening screens, writing tasks by hand) does not consume them.
**Settings → Plan** is the single source of truth for your account: the plan you are on, what it includes, your current credit balance, and the other plans you can move to. If a feature tells you it needs a higher plan, that screen is where the difference is spelled out.
How do I change or cancel my plan?
Open **Settings → Plan** and pick the plan you want.
- **Moving up** applies immediately, and the screen shows the prorated amount before you confirm. - **Moving down** is scheduled rather than instant: you keep everything you are paying for until the change takes effect, and the date is shown on the same screen. A scheduled downgrade can be cancelled there until it happens.
If the plan screen will not load or a payment fails, that is worth writing to us about — include what the screen said, and we can look it up on our side.
How do I reach a human?
**If you can sign in**, report it from inside the app. The in-app report captures what screen you were on and what the app was doing, which is usually what tells us where it went wrong. You can see the status of what you reported and reply to us in the same place.
**If you cannot sign in** — or your question comes before you have an account, like billing or privacy — use the form on this page. Tell us what you expected, what happened instead, and when. We answer by e-mail, to the address you leave in the form.
Either way one person reads it. There is no ticket queue to be lost in.
