Terms of Service
Effective date: June 2, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms are a contract between you and Corvan governing access to and use of the service. By creating an account or using Corvan, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Corvan is an AI chief-of-staff assistant that connects to tools you authorise, such as email, calendars and messengers, to triage communications, maintain contact profiles, prepare for meetings and draft replies. Features may change and some depend on third-party availability.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration details, keep credentials confidential and accept responsibility for activity under your account. Access may be restricted at our discretion. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions, trials and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through Stripe. A free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where law requires otherwise. Prospective pricing may change with notice.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing or harmful content; attempt to breach security, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload it; or violate another person's rights or a connected provider's terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Your data and content
You retain ownership of content you connect, import or create. You grant Corvan a limited licence to process it only to operate and improve the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data and delete your account through the product.
7. AI output disclaimer
Large-language models can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected output. AI summaries, drafts and suggestions are aids, not professional advice, and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing anything before relying on or sending it. Corvan does not guarantee AI-output accuracy.
8. Third-party services
Corvan integrates with third-party providers, including our sub-processors and tools you connect. Their own terms also govern your use, and Corvan is not responsible for their acts, omissions or availability.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Corvan is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim. This does not limit liability that law does not allow us to limit.
10. Termination
You may stop using Corvan and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms or for security, legal or operational reasons. When access ends, data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service evolves. We will revise the effective date and notify you about material changes. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to peter@corvanai.com.
