Voice mode
Corvan lets you talk to your assistant hands-free. You can ask for your schedule, create tasks, open screens, and get a full platform tour — all by speaking.
Turning voice on
- Open Settings (the gear icon in the sidebar).
- Go to the Voice section.
- Switch on Voice mode.
Once it is on, a microphone button appears in the app. Tap it to start talking — release or say "done" to send.
What to say
Everything in the command guide works by voice too. A few good ones to start with:
- "What's on my schedule today?"
- "What needs my attention?"
- "Add a task to call the supplier tomorrow."
- "Who should I be talking to right now?"
- "Show me the calendar."
- "Give me a tour of the platform."
Speak naturally. You do not need to use exact phrases — the assistant figures out what you mean.
Waiting for an answer
After you speak, you may see a brief pause before the response begins. The assistant is working on your request. A short filler ("Got it, one moment…") means it received your words and is thinking.
Platform tour by voice
Say "Show me the platform" or "Give me a tour" and the assistant will walk you through the main screens out loud, highlighting what is on each page. You can ask questions in the middle of the tour and then continue.
If voice stops working
Microphone button is missing: Voice mode was turned off. Open Settings → Voice and switch it back on.
No response after speaking: Check that your microphone is allowed in your browser or system settings. Reload the page and try again.
Responses are very slow: This can happen on a slow connection. Voice works best on Wi-Fi or a stable mobile connection.
