Tasks — capture, prioritise and get things done
Tasks is your action layer. Everything you need to do — for yourself, for a project, or assigned to a teammate — lives here in a kanban board you can move through quickly.
Creating tasks
The easiest way is to ask the assistant:
- "Add a task to follow up with the investor."
- "Create a task to review the contract by Friday."
- "Remind me to call the supplier tomorrow."
Or use the + New task button on the board.
The task board
Tasks move through columns you define — Active, In Review, Done, and any others that fit your workflow. Drag cards between columns, or change state by tapping the card.
You can sort and filter by priority, project, assignee, due date, or source. The assistant pins the most important tasks to the top of your day automatically.
Priorities and deadlines
Set a priority (low, normal, high, urgent) and a deadline. The assistant factors these into your daily plan and shows overdue items in red so nothing slips through.
Ask about your workload:
- "What's on my plate this week?"
- "What's overdue?"
- "What tasks are due today?"
- "What's the most important thing I should do right now?"
Managing tasks
Change tasks by asking the assistant or editing the card directly:
- "Move the demo task to Friday."
- "Mark the invoice task as done."
- "Assign the proposal task to Anna."
- "What's the status of the contract review?"
Team tasks and assignments
Tasks can be personal or shared with the team. When you assign a task to a teammate, they see it on their board and the assistant notifies them.
- "Show all open tasks for the team."
- "What is Anna working on?"
- "Assign the design review to Pavel."
Task threads
Each task has a thread — a feed of comments, activity, and assistant updates. Open a task to see the full history, leave a note, or check what the assistant has done.
Tasks created from your inbox, meetings, or conversations land here automatically. The assistant keeps the board current so you always have a clear picture of what is next.
