People — contacts, dossiers and relationship context

The People section is your relationship layer. Every contact you interact with through email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or Calendar gets a profile that grows richer over time.

What a dossier contains

Open any person's page and you see:

  • A biography — the assistant's view of who this person is, based on your shared history.
  • Projects and tasks you have worked on together.
  • Your message history across all connected channels.
  • Any notes you have added manually.

The more you interact through Corvan, the more complete the picture becomes.

Asking about people

You can ask the assistant about anyone by name:

  • "Who is Maria?"
  • "Tell me about Pavel before our call."
  • "What's my relationship with the investor?"
  • "What have I shared with Anna recently?"
  • "Find Sergey's contact."

Preparing for a meeting

Before any call, the assistant can give you a focused brief:

  • "Prepare me for the call with Alex."
  • "Brief me before meeting the investor."

It pulls together recent interactions, shared context, and open follow-ups so you are ready.

Enrichment

The assistant can deepen a profile on demand:

  • "Tell me more about this person."
  • "What do you know about their work?"

It uses your existing communications to build a richer picture — no external databases, just your own data.

Merging duplicates

If the same person shows up twice — once from WhatsApp, once from email — the assistant can suggest merges. You can review and confirm which profiles belong together, keeping one clean record.

Your contact book grows automatically as you communicate. You do not need to manage it manually.
