My Day

The My Day screen (also called Right Now) is your real-time answer to "what should I be doing right now?" It surfaces the most important things from your tasks, calendar, and inbox so you do not have to piece it together yourself.

The three zones

DO NOW — the things that need your attention today. The assistant puts here what is urgent, overdue, or high-priority given your current schedule and deadlines. This is where to start your day.

Coming Up — what is on the horizon in the next few hours and the rest of today: upcoming meetings, tasks with approaching deadlines, and important emails waiting for a reply.

Suggestions — proactive ideas from the assistant based on what it knows about your goals and current situation. These could be a task you have been putting off, a contact you should follow up with, or something that tends to slip through.

How the assistant prioritises your day

The assistant looks at your deadlines, meetings, task priorities, and recent activity together — and surfaces what is most likely to matter right now. You do not need to manage this manually. If something is urgent, it moves to the top.

Asking for more

The My Day screen is a summary. For full context, ask the assistant in chat or by voice:

  • "What should I focus on right now?"
  • "What's on my plate this week?"
  • "What needs my attention?"

The assistant can explain why something is at the top of the list and help you act on it immediately.
