Inbox — triage everything in one place

The Inbox brings your communications and the assistant's suggestions into a single triage surface. Instead of switching between email, WhatsApp, and Telegram, you see what needs your attention — and the assistant has already done the first pass.

What shows up in the inbox

  • AI-generated action cards — the assistant reads your messages and surfaces what it thinks needs a response, a task, a decision, or a follow-up.
  • Emails from your connected accounts.
  • Suggested tasks and calendar events pulled from conversations.

Cards are grouped by what kind of action they imply: things to Do, things to Review, and things to Read.

Triaging a card

For each card you can:

  • Accept — the suggested action is taken (a task is created, a calendar event added, etc.).
  • Postpone — snooze it for a few hours or until tomorrow.
  • Delegate — hand it to a teammate.
  • Decline — dismiss it; the assistant learns your preferences.

Use keyboard shortcuts to move fast: j/k to navigate, Enter to accept, Backspace to decline.

Asking the assistant about your inbox

  • "What's new in my inbox?"
  • "What needs my attention?"
  • "Summarise my inbox."
  • "Snooze the email from Pavel until tomorrow."

Sender filters

The left rail lets you filter by sender or project so you can focus on one thread of work at a time.

The inbox is designed to be processed, not stored in. Work through it, clear the cards, and come back when there is something new.
