Schedule
The Schedule screen shows your calendar alongside your tasks in a single view so you can plan your day without switching between apps. If you have connected Google Calendar, your events sync both ways automatically.
Views
Switch between Day, Week, and Month using the buttons at the top of the screen. The day view shows your hourly schedule and lets you see gaps for focused work. The week view is useful for spotting conflicts and planning ahead.
Creating events
You can create an event three ways:
By clicking — click an empty time slot on the calendar and fill in the details.
By chat — describe the event and let the assistant create it:
- "Schedule a call with Maria tomorrow at 3."
- "Block two hours for deep work on Friday morning."
- "Set up a team meeting next Monday at 10."
By voice — say the same phrases out loud with voice mode on.
Events created through the assistant sync to Google Calendar automatically (if connected).
Focus blocks
Block time for focused work that you do not want interrupted. Create a focus block by typing or by asking the assistant: "Block Thursday afternoon for the proposal." Focus blocks appear on the calendar like events and are visible to anyone you have shared your calendar with.
AI day planning
Ask the assistant to look at your schedule and help you plan:
- "What does my day look like tomorrow?"
- "When should I schedule the investor call this week?"
- "I have a 2-hour window on Thursday — what should I use it for?"
The assistant considers your current commitments and priorities when suggesting times.
